Rosalia M Podolak- President & Founder

Rosalia was born in Chicago, IL and has lived in Southwest Florida since 1990.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from St. Joseph’s College in Patchogue, New York, and received her A.A. from Edison Community College, now known as Edison State College. She has over 15 years of commercial banking experience, management, and networking. She has been involved in a wide range of local causes, including: The Taste of Collier, American Cancer Society's Relay for Life, Naples Chamber events and Annual Breast Cancer Walk. In addition,  She also has served on many local boards and committees in the community. Including: WNOCC, BNI, Dt Naples Association, Regency Woods Condo Association, Miss SWFL 2009, and many more. Moreover, as the President and Founder of iWannaHelp.net, Rosalia is dedicated to serving her community and assisting those in need. Last, but definitely not least, Rosalia is a devoted wife and mother.



Brian E Podolak-Vice President

Brian was born in Chicago, IL and has lived in Southwest Florida since 1989. He has a Marine Mechanics License from Votec in Naples, Florida and is a graduate of Lely High School. He has been involved in a wide range of local causes, including: The Taste of Collier, and Relay for Life.  In addition, he serves as Director of Facilities at Aston Gardens of Pelican Marsh located in Naples, FL.  Moreover, as the Vice-President and Co-Chair of iWannaHelp.net, Brian oversees the daily operations of website management.  Above all, Brian is committed to his family, as it is his #1 priority.





Joseph Lin
dsay- Director

Joe is a solo attorney with The Lindsay Law Firm. Joe received his Juris Doctorate law degree with honors in 1995 from Drake University Law School, where he served on the editorial board of the Drake Law Review. He then obtained a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in Securities Law (relating to business investor issues) from Georgetown University Law School. After practicing corporate law for several years, he expanded his own practice,
The Lindsay Law Firm, with a Masters Degree (LL.M.) in Estate Planning from the University of Miami School of Law. Joe is admitted to practice law in Florida, Washington, D.C. and Nevada. In his spare time, he explores the many wonders of Southwest Florida with his wife and four children.



Laurie Nicolas- Treasurer 

After graduating from Fordham University with a Bachelor’s degree in finance, she concentrated her career on small businesses, entrepreneurships, and has founded several businesses herself.  She
now owns her own accounting firm, Nicolas Tax Accounting.  Laurie assist small business owners with: start-up procedures, teaches basic Quick Books accounting, and keeps track of their financial progress.  As an Enrolled Agent, Laurie prepares: corporate, partnership, non-profit and individual tax returns among state and local returns. In addition to serving on iWannaHelp.net, Laurie serves on the board of the WNOCC. Lastly, Laurie is a dedicated mother to her two wonderful daughters.



Candice Yatulis- Secretary

Candice was born in Miami and transferred to Naples, Florida 13 years ago, with her current employer Paychex. She is married and has a daughter who graduated from University of Florida and is currently getting her masters. She attended Young Harris College where her main study was Accounting, Her focus, over her 30 year career with Paychex, has been consulting small businesses and working with and through other professionals in the community.  She helps new and existing businesses get off to a good start, coaching them on how to stay compliant, speaking with them about HR issues, helping them network and allowing them to focus on what they do best....their business.  She has served in many roles with Paychex including, Operations, HR, Management, and currently Sales and Marketing.. Candice previously served on the boards of both NIP Investment Club and Toastmasters, and brings her talents happily to the iWannaHelp Family.

Mark Small, Cleveland Construction

Mark Small is the Chief Financial Officer for Cleveland Construction, Inc., Best Supply, Telling Industries, LLC and Small Brothers LLC and has served in that capacity from the company’s founding. The firms are privately held and Small works from his office located in Naples, Florida. Small has also served and vice chair of Associated Builders & Contractors, a national construction trade association and Chairman of the National Center of Construction Education and Research an affiliate of the University of Florida. He has also served on the Board for Lake Hospital Foundation and was listed by Cleveland Crain’s Business as 40 under 40 influential business people in the City. He was also listed in the Weatherhead School of business 100 for 6 consecutive years as well as the Fast Track 50. Lastly, Mark Small is a dedicated individual and a wonderful compliment to the iWannaHelp.net Board of Directors. Additional information log onto:
