Our mission: iWannaHelp.net is a non-profit organization designed to streamline and provide a home for non-profits/not-for-profits, businesses, schools, organizations, and the general public on a global scale to: communicate charity events and/or benefits taking place in your local neighborhood, and allow people the opportunity to get involved/help thru volunteer efforts, donations, scholarship, and support within their community

 

In order to continue providing this complimentary valuable service (We are grateful that we have received approx. $20 thousand to iWannaHelp.net to begin our efforts), but we need your support to continue!

You can donate stock to iWannaHelp.net, as there are advantages to donating stock, such as avoiding paying capital gains taxes when you donate appreciated securities and receiving a charitable income tax deduction equal to the fair market value of the securities, if it has been held longer than one year.

As we are based in Naples, Florida, we hold Community Meetings in our area to help spread the news about our efforts and the efforts of our Non-Profits, Businesses, Schools, Organizations, the general public, and many more. These monthly meetings are held to unite the efforts within the community we serve, and hope someday to bring each community together as we can accomplish more united! 

 

 

 

Hooked on Helping, June 2009                                                                                            ‘Hooked on Helping’ isiWannaHelp.net’s Fishing Tournament. Each angler is asked to register which helps raise funds for iWannaHelp.net in support of a local individual or family in need, while enjoying entertainment, and activities located at the docking station. March to Make a Difference, October 2009                                                                             The ‘March to Make a Difference’ raises money and awareness while celebrating everyone’s efforts to give back and rally as a community! March to Make a Difference isencompasses a unified approach for Non-profits, local businesses, clubs, families, friends, hospitals, schools and service organizations to form teams and participate in a 1K Walk or a 5K run. Whether the team is comprised of an individual or a group of individuals walking and/or running, every person represents the capacity to rally together with the community and make a difference. Each team member is asked to help raise funds for iWannaHelp.net in support of local non-profits, while enjoying entertainment, activities, and networking with booths located alongside a track of a proposed site located in Naples, Florida. The ‘Deserving Makeovers’ Event allows people in the community to nominate individuals in need of a deserved makeover, some examples of a deserved makeover may be an individual who has defeated cancer and are now on remission, or a single mom supporting a family of four. This event unites the involvement of the SWFL community in giving back to deserving individuals, by providing a head-to-toe makeover.
